XLNT Idea Nexis 100AP CD/DVD Publisher. Got this new and it did indeed have some technical issues. However, the support was fantastic and they got it up and running quickly. Runs like a steam engine now, just chugs out the disks. If you only have a few discs to do, get an Epson printer, but once you get beyond about 10 copies that you have to do individually consuming your time, this is the way to go.
