I bought this mouse back in 2007 and feel the mouse is great for everyday laptop use and travel (love the small size). This mouse has optimal response when used on hard surfaces (i.e. tables or desks... not so great on couch, pillows or leg).



I prefer this mouse to Microsoft's Wireless Optical Mouse 4000 for gaming on the laptop since the wireless mouse's connection is sometimes spotty and overly sensitive.



The only downside to this mouse is the cord. Be careful when traveling with it since the cord is fairly thin and frays easily near the USB connector. If you don't wind the cord too tightly around the mouse it should be fine.



Overall, really dependable mouse and highly recommended.

Though some reviews and the specs say that the mouse is usable while its charging, that is not the whole truth. The mouse does still broadcast a Bluetooth connection with the computer it has been paired with, it doesn't always move when you tell it too. I would not recommend trying to use it while it is charging. That said, its a good mouse, the batteries don't last as long as regular triple A's would but these are rechargeable so you don't need to buy new ones. The mouse stays connected while it's on and reconnects when it is turned back on. It will, however, drop the connection when there is some interference, occasionally, but not often. Overall, its a good, cheap, Bluetooth mouse.

This printer is well worth the money! I have printed over 100 pictures (different sizes up to a 13x9) and I have only changed the grey ink cartridge. I use the platinum series paper and the results are perfect, and professional. I have my own photography company and it helps a lot to have my own printer to cut down costs, and all of my clients have been amazed that the products were printed in my own home. You seriously can NOT go wrong with this printer. The only draw back is the software it comes with does not fit-to-scale your images, so I have been using Photoshop instead. Besides that I am a very happy customer!!!

I bought this keyboard for an elderly friend who needed bigger keys to compensate for poor vision. Upon connection we discovered that the key does NOT have a Command/Apple key. Without the Command/Apple key one cannot use any menu shortcuts or invoke the Command-Option-Esc Force-Quit function. Thus, the keyboard is NOT Macintosh compatible, despite it's advertisement on the packaging. The lack of the Command/Apple key can be seen clearly in the photographs. Otherwise the keyboard functioned fine.

The Canon Pixma Pro 9000 Mark II printer is the highest quality printer that I have owned. The colors are beautiful and natural. I find that I get a picture that is more like the screen image when I print from Photoshop CS4 than from the included software. This does not imply that the results from the included software are not pleasing. It says that the amount of fine control that is possible with this printer is near the max imaginable.



For the level of complexity implied by an advanced printer, the set up was very easy. The print heads are replacable as a set which means that this printer will keep running close to new condition for a very long time. The ink cartridge installation is fool proof. There is a light associated with each cartridge to verify that it is correctly installed in the right slot.



With the ability to insert single sheets in a flat paper path, there should be very few paper surfaces that cannot be handled by this printer.



Highly recommended for serious photographers.

I just bought this mouse a week ago and so far I like it. It is a perfect size. The usb sensor is tiny so you dont have to worry about moving it when you pack up your laptop. I would have given it 5 stars but the materials feel a little cheap. It has that "its almost too lightweight" feeling. I feel that if it dropped off my desk on to tile it might break and thats the only reason It didnt get 5 stars(for 22 bucks its hard to expect more). It definetly works on more surfaces than my old Microsoft wireless mouse I was using so overall I am pleased with this purchase.

My wife wanted an easy to use ink jet printer at our summer house in Tucson for printing photos and maps. So she bought an HP 6980 printer a couple years ago from a big box retailer. What an awful experience it has been once again to own an HP consumer product. This is the sad tale of a once great company.



Ink cartridges for the HP printer are expensive and in our experience print only a couple hundred pages at most before the blinking LED demands you go out and boost HP's earnings statement by purchasing more expensive "razor blades" for the unit. If the color cartridge is empty, the unit refuses to print anything, even a purely black and white page. I strongly suspect this is by design and have read comments by other users online with similar experiences. Google; "HP6980 ink lights blinking broken spring". Due to a design flaw in the printer it will stop being able to use any ink cartridge because a super cheap manufacturing method breaks inside (a plastic tab holding a spring against the cartridge). Even thought this is a known design flaw, HP customers are told to pay for servicing the unit at an authorized repair site, at a cost far more than a new printer.





Back-in-the-day HP lab instruments were of very high quality. I know, I used them for 30+ years designing digital electronics circuits. However, since CEO Carly ran the company into the ground in a short term campaign to boost the price of her vested stock options, the company has developed a reputation for pushing the cheapest and worst junk into the consumer marketplace. In my experience, their software drivers are the most bloated and buggy of the industry, and that is saying something. Thank goodness the lab instruments division was spun-off several years ago.



READ the online postings of REAL HP printer customers, not the fake postings of the HP public relations department. It is a given that some customers genuinely have a good experience with the product. You have to ask yourself "Do I feel lucky?". Buyer beware. Very sad.

HP does not have a BIJ2800 specific driver for Win 7. The current Win 7 generic driver does not allow printing 13 x 19, and does not know the BIJ2800 can duplex print.



HP does have a BIJ2800 XP driver that works if you are using Win XP.



So if you need a wide format 13 x 19 printer and are using Win 7 (or about to upgrade) - wait until HP comes up with a Win 7 driver that allows this printer to fully function.

I have had this printer for several years now, and it is always a pain to try and use. Its a great price and if you can get it to print is capable of producing some great stuff, but trying to get the paper to feed is so frustrating. I would have to have it just a little cocked to get it to take. It has a mind of its own, it will do the stupidest things. Today I printed a large canvas and when it finished it decided to just start running 8.5x11 paper out of the tray. It ran through like 15 sheets just spitting it out and I never could get it to print again. It does crazy stuff like this all the time. The worst is when you are printing a 24x36 canvas and it gets about half way through and just stops for no reason.



HP was never any help. They just said they knew it was like this and there was really nothing they could do. They suggested their bigger printer as they were better. Also I am a professional photographer with tens of thousands of images and I don't want this computer to be online, but the only way to service the printer is to have it online. This is so stupid.



I wish there was another option in this price/size from Canon or Epson.

HP has not made a full featured factory driver for the 6940 (Complain to support, and maybe...?!).

Win 7 auto-installs a generic driver that works ok for basic printing "only".



This prints High Quality, and I'd definitely recommend getting it!

All-in-one printers, are a waste of money for most! I prefer a separate scanner, that have lasted me for years! Epson Perfection V30 Color Scanner (good cheap scanner!)





There was no Ink level bubble showing when I printed (works on my XP system/ with downloaded driver), and no toolbox to troubleshoot?



I made the mistake of calling HP outsourced support (5 times/ 3 hrs on phone!), and what a bunch of "clueless" techs!

One was Very rude. Three cut me off, and one called back at 1am in the morning.

I would NOT recommend letting them log directly onto your computer!



I finally got ahold of a 2yr tech, that showed me how print a test page that also shows ink levels showing on E/F bars in the middle (wastes some ink though! Grrr!)-



Press the Power button, & turn on printer.

Now hold down the Power button, and press/hold the Cancel button (X) for 5sec.

Release buttons, and test page will print.

To REALLY save on using up their "Small" Color ink cartdrige (ALL HP printers use color ink, even on text printing!- Black cartdrige is much bigger!)-



Right click on the 6940... Printer Icon (Control Panel/Devices & Printers...).

Printing preferences

Color Tab

Tick- Print In Grayscale, and Black Print Cartdrige Only. Apply/OK (leave other color settings alone!).

Note: If a blank page prints, or you want to "temp" print Color/WP envelopes (only saves setting for that print session, then auto-back to Black only)-

File, Print, Preferences (reverse above)...



Note2!- If you are color printing photos..., that you want to last for more than 5yrs!?- DON'T buy inexpensive color refills, as they use Cheap Dye instead of HP's long-lasting pigment!

I also purchased their full replacement 3yr extended warranty, for 25 bucks (It's rare for a printer to last me 3yrs?)???

I stumble out of bed at 5:00 a.m., no sun in the sky, and plop down at the computer. Shocking my system by turning on room lights is out of the question. But I have to see the keyboard, right? This keyboard is the perfect solution. All keys are back-lit and very easy to see, with adjustable lighting level. Touch of the keys is great, good feedback as you type. I need plenty of programmable keys, and this one has plenty, plus some. The Function keys are pre-programmed (with descriptive icons) but entirely customizable. So I have some set to open specified files I use regularly, others for web links, one for the calculator, one for my media player, etc. Windows 7 installed the drivers right out of the box, no muss no fuss. My only quibble is it has that flat wrist-rest area at the front (although not a padded one), and I would prefer to be able to take that off. But just a minor issue to me. Overall, a great keyboard, just what I needed. I have many Logitech products and never had a problem with quality.
