Drivers are installed, XP recognizes the keyboard (typing on it now), but when I run the fingerprint software the first time to scan my finger it doesn't recognize that I am swiping my finger. The frustrating part is there's no LED or button on the keyboard to indicate if it should be on or not, I can't tell if it's a hardware or software problem, the software just says to swipe my finger and I do so and nothing happens, the software behaves as if I haven't swiped my finger at all.
It's still a very quiet keyboard so I may still keep it, but I was disappointed to see it doesn't work as advertised and therefore can not recommend it.
