We were in dire straits, needing a printer in the worst way to print our Church Bulletin for the next Sunday. Your fast handling of our order enabled us to take care of our responsibility in good order. The machine we had bought on line came in the original packaging - having never been opened. However, it was faulty and wouldn't feed paper except if we fed it one sheet at a time. We contacted Canon - the machine was brand new and had never been registered. Canon gave us instructions on how to call them for assistance, which we did, and they determined the machine was faulty. They told us they would replace the machine and they even paid for the shipping both ways. We have recommended Canon Printers to lots of folks. And thanks to you and Canon, we have a new printer at a good price.
