The thing I liked about this machine was that I bought it for cheap and it I desperately needed a printer, scanner, copier. It has features for photos that I never used. I love the software. It is really easy and fun to use and looks great. I bought this over a year ago and I don't know what went wrong but a few months after using it, the ink level indicator would say that the ink was low and that was impossible because I had just put in a new filled ink cartridge that I had just gotten from ink cartridge company online. I had always ordered from them before for my other printers with no problem. This printer would not recognize the new ink cartridge. I even put in another new one and the ink level was still the same, very low. Now, I need to buy a totally different printer because this one doesn't even work anymore. On the lcd screen it says that there is a paper jam when there isn't even any paper in the printer. I unplugged the wires from it, turned it upside down to see if maybe something fell and got stuck in the paper feeder area. Then when I put the wires back on and plugged it in, turn it on, still the same message came up, paper jam. This printer is the 4 Lexmark printer that I have bought for myself and my kids. They have all konked out after awhile. This time I am going to try a different brand.
