The printer is pretty good. The quality is very good. The speed is very good. Now to the problems. I consider myself a reasonably computer-knowledgeable person. I'm in my 20s in product management where I work very closely with developers. This being said, How in the world should I know that you need a wireless router in order to use a wireless printer? You don't need a wireless router to use a wireless mouse? I spent a good 2 hours trying to figure out how to install it at my parents house (where they have WIRED fast speed internet) before realizing it could only be done with a wireless connection for the house. I'm sure that people will think that I'm dumb for purchasing it in the first place, but I really did not see this as an obvious need.
I'm sure it wouldn't be that complicated if I had the proper set up.
Additionally, very minor complaint, but the cord it comes with is far too short, guaranteeing the need for an extra purchase if you are not using the wireless option.
