I have bought Logitecs product for a long time. This is the first time I have had it not work AT ALL! Right out of the box it isn't working. I had 2 IT guys look at it, tried it on 3 different computers and NOTHING. No response. So once again, I have to go through the @#*&%$@# hassle of PAYING to return it. This WILL be my last time buying anything from Amazon. SHOP LOCAL PEOPLE!!!!
